WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY MEDICAL SCHOOL PCRB, St. Louis

Ranked in the top five research programs in the country, Washington University School of Medicine, developed the Pediatrics Cancer Research Building (PCRB) to enhance quality of research.  The project construction was fast-tracked to accommodate the earliest move-in date for researchers. The laboratory facility is located in the midst of a dense medical school campus.  Pedestrian bridges provide direct circulation patterns between researchers and adjacent clinical services located in St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

Koz Sowlat, SE, served as chief structural engineer.
