McCORMICK PLACE SOUTH HALL AND GRAND CONCOURSE, Chicago
McCormick Place South Hall Exhibition Facility and Grand Concourse added a 900,000 sq ft Class A exhibition hall floor contagious with North Hall, two ballrooms, and arrays of meeting rooms to the nation’s largest exhibition facility. The project added a Grand Concourse that re-oriented the entire McCormick Place Exhibition Facility toward its line of sight with downtown Chicago skyline. The expansion of the facility has established an economic engine in an underutilized area of downtown Chicago, encouraging future development and increasing property values.
